A dream can be defined as a “series of thoughts, images and sensations occurring in a person’s mind during sleep,” (CoPilot 2025).   Dreams serve as a bridge between the subconscious and the conscious mind where the subconscious thinks about matters as if it were “a canvas upon which …   innermost thoughts, fears, desires, and memories” exist.   The subconscious mind is composed of unorganized thoughts and a reflection of a person’s true identity.   The subconscious mind does not “differentiate between “positive” and “negative” (The Enlightenment Journey 2024) which means that, thoughts that a person think are not judged via perception (ego) and what is perceived to be “negative” is human nature or a person’s tendency to lean onto the negative part of a thought.   This means that thoughts inserted into the persons mind must be phrased strategically to take advantage of that fact.
